Prior to joining Bath & Body Works, Boswell was a senior executive with Unilever where she led multibillion- dollar businesses in North America and the U.K., first in personal care and then across the portfolio including beauty, home care and food and beverage.
Boswell joined Unilever through the acquisition of Alberto Culver, where she served as president of global brands, overseeing marketing, R&D, consumer insights and packaging for numerous hair and skin care brands including TRESemmé. Earlier in her career, she served as chief operating officer of Avon North America and held senior positions at Ford Motor Company and the Estée Lauder Companies Inc.
Boswell has served on the boards of ManpowerGroup, Wolverine Worldwide, ACCO Brands and Applebee’s. In recognition of her board service, she received the 2017 Directors to Watch award from Directors & Boards and the 2018 Most Influential Corporate Directors award from Women Inc. She is also a former president of the Yale University Council and a Henry Crown Fellow of the Aspen Institute.
Boswell has been recognized as a Woman to Watch by Ad Age, Marketer of the Year and 50 Most Influential People in Beauty by Women’s Wear Daily and Top 50 2015 Brand Innovator and Achiever of the Year by Cosmetic Executive Women. In 2022, she was awarded the Yale Medal, the highest alumni award honoring outstanding individual service to the university and in 2023, she was appointed to the Yale Board of Trustees.
Boratto was appointed chief financial officer for Bath & Body Works in August 2023. She is a seasoned executive with over three decades of financial and operational experience at both public and private companies.
Prior to joining Bath & Body Works, Boratto served as chief financial officer of Opentrons Labworks, a privately held life sciences company. Boratto also spent 11 years at CVS Health, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief financial officer. During her tenure at CVS Health, Boratto held roles with increasing responsibility and was critical to the development of the company’s growth plan, including investment in digitization efforts and new businesses, and supporting the integration of CVS Health’s transformative, $69 billion acquisition of Aetna. Earlier in her career, Boratto spent 20 years at Merck & Co., Inc. in a number of leadership roles, including vice president, U.S. market finance leader.
Boratto currently serves on the United Parcel Service (UPS) board of directors, including as chair of UPS’s audit committee. Boratto earned a Master of Business Administration from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Economics from Rutgers University.
Mazurek was appointed Chief Supply Chain Officer in May 2022. He has more than three decades of experience in product development, production and manufacturing and leads teams responsible for collaborating with merchants and the design function to bring products to life. He also manages all commercial product development including R&D and engineering, in addition to all manufacturing and sourcing across a diverse global base of supply, and leads the Company’s enterprise ESG strategies and initiatives.
Mazurek joined the Company in 2000. Throughout his tenure, he has taken on progressively larger roles and initiatives at the Company, including being a key contributor to Beauty Park, a business park that includes several key Company vendors within close proximity to the Company’s Columbus, Ohio distribution centers and headquarters.
Earlier in his career, Mazurek worked in operational roles with Hasbro and Mattel. He earned his undergraduate degree from Fordham University in New York City and received an M.B.A. from the University at Buffalo.
Riley serves as chief human resources officer of Bath & Body Works, having joined the business in December 2020. She has responsibility for all human resources practices, including talent acquisition; engagement and retention; organizational development; diversity, equity and inclusion; total rewards; and systems and policy compliance.
Riley is a strategic HR business partner with a well-honed depth and breadth of experience in large, growth-focused, merchant-and brand-driven organizations across the consumer goods, retail and manufacturing sectors.
Prior to joining Bath & Body Works, Riley served as group senior vice president of human resources, culture, diversity and inclusion at Ross Stores where she spent eight years. She started her career in sales at United Technologies Corporation, before growing her human resources career at PepsiCo and Abercrombie & Fitch.
Riley earned her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College, her MBA from Clark Atlanta University and her doctorate from Nova Southeastern University. She is a certified executive coach through Columbia University.
Wu serves as chief legal officer and corporate secretary of Bath & Body Works having joined the business in May 2021. Wu oversees the legal, ethics and compliance, regulatory compliance and trade compliance teams.
Wu is a four-time public company general counsel and corporate secretary with nearly 30 years of experience in growth companies and retail. He has deep expertise in corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, compliance and risk management, as well as in securities, merger and acquisition and international expansion.
Prior to joining Bath & Body Works, Wu served as chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Madewell, a division of J. Crew, where he drove the company’s preparation for an initial public offering and spin-off. He previously served as general counsel at Carter’s, a leading children’s apparel brand; Rosetta Stone, an education technology software company; and Teleglobe, an international telecommunications company.
Wu earned his undergraduate degree from Emory University and his juris doctorate degree from the University of Virginia School of Law. Wu serves on the advisory boards of the Georgetown Law Corporate Counsel Institute and the Asian American Bar Association of New York. He is also a member of the Georgia Asian Pacific American Bar Association board of directors.
